Using the walnut wood from high in the Dolomite mountains imparts a breathtaking grain texture across the full face of the board in all its beauty, whilst being very hard and strong.

The cutting board's height of 6 cm reduces strain on your hands and enables a second cutting board to be hidden beneath the top cutting board.

Easily without any mess or fuss transfer the cut ingredients into a pot or bowl. The side groove is not merely a design element but makes carrying the cutting board easier when using it for very elegant serving styles.
The surface of the wood is treated with two coats of all-natural oils and waxes, which ensure a smooth surface, repel water and protect the beauty of the wood against stains.

To ensure that the cutting board serves you a long time, only clean it by hand under running water using a damp wiping cloth and gentle detergent. Similarly to Catler knives, it too does not belong in the dishwasher.
